Truly appalling service.
In February I booked a 3 night/2 room stay for my children at Travellodge Cringleford for the Easter weekend
On arrival our rooms " had been reallocated to other guests"
We had to relocate to a 2nd Travellodge. We were told we would have a bed for every night of our stay "but we don`t know where it will be"
We were then told we WOULD be staying the whole stay at the 2nd Travelodge and full payment was taken. The next morning we were told we WEREN`T staying there after all and we must vacate our rooms. We would not know until 3pm where our next bed would be.
Surly,unsympathetic,unhelpful staff. Our luggage had to be carted round from pillar to post as we never knew where we were going to be.
On ringing Travelodge we were informed "Travelodge always overbook..it is standard practice"
Weekend ruined by corporate greed. I would avoid them. You don`t know where you will end up.
